पुणे लोनावाला पुराने महामार्ग पर स्थित यह मंदिर बिर्ला गणेश मंदिर के एकदम विपरीत दिशा में है । यह जैन मंदिर पर्यटकों और जैन भविको के लिए आकर्षण का केंद्र है । इसकी बनावट कलश में रखे नारियल कि तरह है , इसीलिए इसे कलश मंदिर के नाम से जाना जाता है । मंदिर के ऊपरी भाग में Shankheshwar Parshwnath Shwetamber जी का मूर्ति निहित है । इसकी आंतरिक एवं बाह्य  कलाकृतियां एकदम देखने लायक है । मंदिर के निचले हिस्से में एक ध्यान गृह है । वहाे के दीवारों पर कहानियां ओर जानकारियां उपलब्ध है , जिसे पत्थरों पर लिखा गया है । मंदिर के पिछले हिस्से में एक विशाल भोजनालय है । यहां का भोजन एकदम सात्विक ओर सुद्घ होता है । मंदिर के अगले भाग में भाविको के रहने के लिए धर्मशालाएं बनाई गई है l मंदिर के परिसर में जाने से पहले कुछ बातो का ध्यान विशेष रूप से रखना पड़ता है । यहां महिलाओ एवंं पुरुषों को छोटे एवं मॉडर्न कपड़ों में आना वर्जित है । मंदिर में जाते समय महिलाओ के सिर पर ओढ़नी होना आवश्यक है । मंदिर के गर्भगृह में छायाचित्र करना वर्जित है । यदि आपको छायाचित्रण करना भी है तो आप मंदिर के बाहर से

Mahadji Shinde Chhatri Temple Shinde Chhatri ( शिंदे छत्री ) , located in Wanwadi , a well known place in Pune , India, is a memorial dedicated to the 18th century military leader Mahadji Shinde who served as the commander-in-chief of the Maratha army under the Peshwas from 1760 to 1780. It is one of the most significant landmarks in the city and is reminiscent of the Maratha rule. It is a hall that marks the spot of Mahadji Shinde's cremation on 12 February 1794.  In 1794, the complex of the memorial only had a temple, dedicated to Lord Shiva, which was built by Mahadji Shinde himself. He died the same year and his last rites were performed in the premises.  In 1965, a samadhi (memorial) was constructed outside the sanctum of the Shiva temple, in memory of Mahadji Shinde, exactly where he was cremated. Madhavrao Shinde was responsible for the building of the complex, along with the memorial of Mahadji Shinde. The Scindia of Gwalior are the descendants of Daulat_Rao_Sind

श्री ॐकारेश्वर (ओंमकारेश्वर) मंदिर ॐकारेश्वर   मंदिर पुणे के शनिवार पेठ में मुठा नदी के तट पर बसा हुआ है। इस मंदिर की गणना शहर के कुछ प्राचीन मंदिरों में होती है। इस मंदिर का निर्माण १७३० से १७४० के बीच पेशवाओं के आध्यात्मिक गुरु शिवराम भट द्वारा किया गया था। यह मंदिर पेशवा साम्राज्य के वैभव का प्रतीक भी रह चुका है। मराठा साम्राज्य के सेनापती अर्थात बाजीराव पेशवा के भाई चिमाजी अप्पा ने मंदिर निर्माण हेतु दान किया था I मंदिर के भीतर स्वर्गीय चिमाजी अप्पा की समाधि भी है , जहाँ वह पहले नियमित रूप से जाते और निवास किया करते थे I श्री ॐकारेश्वर मंदिर को १८ वीं शताब्दी की कला और वास्तुनिर्माण का एक आदर्श नमूना माना जाता है। मंदिर के गर्भागृह में शिव लिंग विराजमान है , जो शिव-पार्वती के मिलन का प्रतिनिधित्व करता है I मंदिर के सफेद गुंबद का निर्माण मुलायम साबुन के पत्थर से किया गया है। इसी मंदिर के भीतर गणेश , दत्तगुरु, मकरध्वज और व्यास जैसे देवताओं के उत्कीर्णन के साथ नागों की शैली ( शिखर ) भी है। मंदिर के परिसर में माँ दुर्गा , विष्णु देव, शनि देव और हनुमानजी की मूर्तियाँ भी विराजमान है I

‘सदानंदाचा येळकोट’, ‘येळकोट, येळकोट जयमल्हार’, ‘खंडोबाच्या नावानं चांगभलं’, अशी आरोळी अन् सोबत उधळलं जाणारं भंडार-खोबरं... हे चित्र दिसलं, की लोकदेव खंडोबा, मल्हारी, म्हाळसाकांताची आराधना सुरू आहे, हे लक्षात येईल. भंडाऱ्याच्या पिवळ्याधम्मक रंगाने उजळून निघालेल्या जेजुरगडाचा परिसर म्हणूनच ‘सोन्याची जेजुरी’ म्हणून ओळखला जातो. या मल्हारी-म्हाळसाकांताची अनेक स्थानं असली, तरी पंढरपूरचा विठोबा, कोल्हापूरचा जोतिबा अन् जेजुरीचा खंडोबा, हीच ओळख जन-मानसांत रुजली आहे. तरी, जेजुरगडाच्या मागे उंच डोंगरावर असलेलं कडेपठार (कऱ्हेपठार) हे खंडोबाचं मूळ स्थान आहे, याची माहिती फारशी नसते. जेजुरीचं दर्शन घेऊन आल्याचं सांगणाऱ्या भाविकांच्या चेहऱ्यावर ‘कडेपठारचं मूळ स्थान पाहिलं का’, असं विचारल्यावर मात्र ‘हे काय नवीन,’ अशी भावना दिसते. त्यामुळं जेजुरीला जाणाऱ्या भक्तांनी खंडोबाचं हे मूळ ठिकाण पाहायलाचं हवं. जेजुरीपेक्षा इथं पोहोचणे थोडं खडतर असलं, वाट थोडी अवघड असली, तरी देवाच्या आद्यस्थानाचं दर्शन त्यांना सुखावणारं असेल, यात शंका नाही. Ramdara Temple , Pune As I entered inside temple area, I was awestruck by the beauty. The temple is in the middle of a pond with coconut and palm trees everywhere making the whole scene so beautiful. For the next few minutes, I just stood there watching and enjoying the beauty of nature. I could see remarkable temple reflections in the pond. I believe sunrise or sunset is the best time to visit Ramdara Temple if you want to capture some splendid photos. In fact, I should thank the clouds for giving such a dramatic sky. About the Temple : The main deity of the temple is Lord Shiva. However the beautiful idol of Lord Rama, Lakshmana, Sita and Hanuman inside the main shrine has made the temple well renowned. Outside the main sanctum, you will come across other Hindu deities. There is also a sculptural representation of the Dasha Avatars (10 different forms) of Lord Vishnu inside the temple.
